Juice

We adhere to our original method for making 100% pure juices from lovingly homegrown citruses and carefully selected fruits from around the world.
Free from additives, never from concentrate and freshly squeezed straight to the bottle, we savor every facet of the fruit from its tenderly sweet pulp to the slight bitterness of its peel. Enjoy the richness of nature as a daily essential and as a treat for special moments.

Citrus Fruit

A fully ripened Mikan tangerine that has been cultivated with neither herbicides nor chemical fertilizers according to the traditional method for Arida Mikan. In order to maximize the vitality of the tree, we keep the use of organic fertilizer and additional water at minimum and work in harmony with nature.
Grown and given time to ripen on trees of 25 or more years of age to intensify its sweetness, the “Gokujuku Mikan” offers a delicate balance of acids and sugrs allowing you to enjoy the rich flavor of original Mikan.

Olive Oil

Crete, island of the blue mediterranean. The olive trees that grow in this arid region are full of vitality. The extra virgin olive oil, made from Koroneiki olives and pressed using traditional stone mills, has a fragrant grassy aroma and is rich in minerals. A high-grade olive oil that is said to supple the blood, lower cholesterol and reduce high blood pressure. Not only a great compliment to your dishes or bread, it can also be used as an addition to your skin care routine. A spoonful taken before bedtime with a glass of water will help maintain your health.

Umeboshi

Kishu Nanko-Ume, Japanese Ume plum, fully grown in the mild climate brought by the sea breeze of the warm Kuroshio current. Round in shape and given time to ripen until golden in color, the fruit has only a thin skin and is full of pulp.
Expertly pickled with high quality salt and dried in the sun, Umeboshi made by Tanii Farm is our speciality. A flavorsome delight prepared with carefully chosen plums and selected ingredients for a balanced aroma.

Honey

Many of the Buddhist temples and Shinto shrines located at the foot of Mount Koya are recognized World Heritage sites. Japanese honey bees make honey gathering nectar from the abundance of flowers blossoming at the mountain foot. This honey is a blend of nectar from many types of flowers and very different to honey collected from monoculture fields. It has a distinctly rich and full-flavored character.

Jam

Add a touch of color and a burst of flavor to your breakfast table. We offer a selection of jams and marmalades made from citrus fruits harvested on our farm. Not only great on freshly toasted bread, yogurt and fromage blanc but also perfect with ice cream.

Balsamico Vinegar

Authentic balsamic vinegar from Modena, Northern Italy. Balsamic vinegar is great for seasoning meat and seafood dishes or for simply adding flavor to bread and salads. A delicious condiment that, being rich in polyphenols, is also considered to be anti-aging.

Spice and Salt

A rare, crystalline salt that can only be harvested a few times during the year under the right circumstances of temperature, humidity, and moon phase. With its mild saltiness and a rich Umami flavor, this coarse salt easily elevates any dish and the more authentic the products, such as meats, fish, and vegetables are, the easier their flavor can be enhanced.
